Return Policy
All products sold on Havaroma Pte. Ltd. are non refundable and non exchangeable. Exception is made for product defect and wrong item. Please contact us immediately should there be a product defect or wrong item. Exchange is made for wrong item delivered and money return for product defect. When it is a fault of Havaroma Pte. Ltd., we will bear the cost of shipping charges incurred.
Products that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a product defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase for exchange or refund.

- Turnaround, Cancellation & Order Change
All orders are shipped within 3 working days upon placing of order. If there are any cancellations, it should be done within the first working day that the order is placed. We try to ship to you as fast as possible! After that, all orders cannot be cancelled, as it will be packaged already. Personalized Aromastick orders cannot be cancelled, as the name suggests, it is personalized!
We will try our best to accommodate any order changes but it has to be considered a new order once the first order is already packaged ready for delivery.

- Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
- Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
