You seemed to have high levels of stress. Do take things easier and embrace each day as it comes. Together with aromatherapy, try to incorporate some time to exercise and eat well. Spend some time in nature. Do try to take things easier and non–personal. Moderation is key. Understand that no one is perfect and try not to set expectations of how others should behave. Set aside 5-10 minutes everyday to just relax and breathe, best with aromatherapy to assist. Your body needs to rest, so does your mind.
