What is a Foot Bath and how is it relaxing for me?
A foot bath is simply done by filling a tub with warm water and adding in the blend I am about to show you and give it a good stir. It is an extremely good feeling to sink your feet into the warm bath and most excellent for sore feet, best done at the end of the day. Besides, the feet are a part of the body most tend to neglect yet most important.
Get a warm cup of tea/drinks and a book too if you like. Try to keep the screen away. Place the tub of water in front of your chair with a towel next to it to wipe off.
