P/S: I asked Nicole after the interview whether has she tried diffusion of essential oils while conducting EFT and she mentioned she was more cautious due to her daughter’s condition but many other practitioners have done it before. You can do what she has taught you here, and at the background, diffuse your favourite essential oils with you. I find essential oils like Frankincense and Patchouli get me right back to centre very easily.
