Sometimes our emotions throughout the days are like a roller coaster ride. It gets high, it gets low, it gets stagnant.

Frustration sets in, anger spikes throughout the day and I like to leave all this behind before starting the next day.

I am learning to accept it as it is instead of resisting and fighting – for our negative emotions come with resisting or fighting something mostly. It could be resisting someone, some activity, our environment or ourselves. I find I do no good to no one once I am in this zone so why go there at all?

Here are some oils that are great to diffuse in your bedroom, 30 mins – 1 hour prior to sleep. They help to soothe, to calm and to centre.

Roman/German Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile / Matricaria recutita)
