Once I was talking to a doctor about my migraine and how I only get it after exams, when I am least stressed. How could it then be because of stress? Then he said, when you change your sleeping hours drastically because of burning midnight oil, and then decides to sleep normally again after the exam, now these sudden changes drastically, is it not stressful to your body then? I was obviously in denial before talking to him!

Sometimes we don’t feel it, we say we are perfectly okay, but it does not mean that it doesn’t affect us mentally and physically, in ways that you are not aware of. You are what you eat, they say.
